Thanmaya Reddy, M.D.
Dr. Reddy was born in Hyderabad, India and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. She completed her undergraduate degree at Tulane University majoring in Art History and Neuroscience. Dr. Reddy then completed her medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She completed her surgical internship and urology residency at University of Alabama in Birmingham. Prior to relocating to Texas to be closer to family she was an Assistant Professor of Urology at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Reddy is a board-certified urologist and practices general urology. She takes pride in providing comprehensive urological care for multiple urological issues including genitourinary malignancies, erectile dysfunction, male and female incontinence, management of kidney stones, medical and surgical management of BPH. She has special interests in overactive bladder and kidney stone treatment and prevention.
In her free time Dr. Reddy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and extended family. She lovesto travel, exercise, cook, and hike when away from work.
