E. Paul Kaplan, M.D.

E. Paul Kaplan was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kaplan attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1987. He recieved his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1991. Dr. Kaplan completed his urologic surgery training at the University of Texas Southwestern (Parkland Hospital) in Dallas. From 1997-2001 he served on Active Duty as a staff urologist and clinical instructor at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. Dr. Kaplan has been practicing in the Dallas area since 2001. He joined the Urology Clinics of North Texas in 2015. Dr. Kaplan is Board Certified in Urology.
