Brian A. Feagins, M.D.
Board-Certified Urologist
At Urology Clinics of North Texas in Dallas a vast majority of Dr. Feagins practice is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of incontinence and voiding dysfunction. He practices general urology as well and has been practicing urology at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas since 1993.
Dr. Feagins lectures regionally and nationally on topics related to the surgical and non-surgical management of incontinence and voiding dysfunction. He has extensive experience in neuromodulation for voiding dysfunction and is a principal investigator on several clinical trials related to urinary incontinence. He also serves as one of the faculty for the Presbyterian Advanced Gynecology Surgery Fellowship program and Methodist Hospital of Dallas Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program. Since inception in 2010, Dr. Feagins has been Medical Director and member of the Board for the Texas Health Women’s Specialty Surgery Center. Dr. Feagins is a member of the Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, American Urological Association, Texas Urological Society and Society for Female Urology and Urodynamics. Dr. Feagins has been honored to with selection to the D Magazine Best Doctors list yearly since 2001, Texas Monthly Super Doctors yearly since 2001, and Best Doctors in America since 2001.
Dr. Feagins was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and raised in Garland, Texas. He graduated from Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas and attended both Richland College and the University of Texas at Arlington. While attending UTA, Dr. Feagins was named to the Dean’s List and undergraduate honor society. He graduated with a BS in Biology and was accepted to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Following graduation from Southwestern Medical School, he completed a residency in urology at Parkland Hospital.
