PSSV / SIV / MONITOR / VISITOR SCHEDULE

Upon arrival you will be given a brief escorted tour. Plan to arrive between 9 & 10am and plan to work no later than 330pm (exceptions must be pre-arranged).

Your Coordinator will arrange for you to meet with the PI and Manager between 1200-130pm. Your SC will also discuss a mutual time to meet with you to resolve queries, etc together between 130-300 before you depart at 330pm. Wireless access is available if you do not have your own HotSpot. Our Staff will also be available to meet with you periodically throughout the day as needed.

AIRPORTS

There are two airports in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. The closest airport is Love Field Airport; located 20-25 minutes away. You may consider taking a taxi depending on your length of stay. As you may find the cost of a rental car vs. cab ride quite comparable from either location. DFW Airport is our second and largest airport in the area; with an approximate travel time of 40 – 55 minutes depending on the time of day, traffic and route.

LOCATION & PARKING

Located in Professional Bldg. 3 on the campus of the Texas Health Resource Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas (most commonly called “Presby Dallas”) at the corner of Walnut Hill Lane and Greenville Avenue. Take the Walnut Hill Lane Exit #6 off 75 N. Central Expressway when traveling south or Exit #5 if traveling North on 75. Then travel east on Walnut Hill Lane to Greenville Avenue (4th red light).

Turn right on Greenville (see Professional 3 lettering on top of tall brick bldg on right). Turn immediately right again into the first driveway on your right; Entrance C and immediately right again into ground level Lot 8 past the drop off area (or look and turn left into Parking Garage 7). Once inside Prof Bldg 3, take the elevator to Suite 700 on the 7th floor; first glass door suite on the left after exiting the elevators. The elevator level to return to ground level Lot 8 or Garage 7 is Parking Level 1 and marked P1 inside the elevator. Parking cost is $2.00 – $7.00 per day. Card or exact Cash is required (no change provided).
