Patient must wear an approved mask for the visit (valve masks, vent masks, bandanas or neck coverings will not suffice)

Prior to visiting our office, if you meet any of the below scenarios, we ask that you call our office and reschedule your appointment:
- Traveled on a cruise ship or have been out of the country in the last 14 days
- Feel ill and/or have a fever, lower respiratory illness (cough or shortness of breath)
- Have been in contact with someone under investigation for, or with a confirmed case of COVID-19
To assist with social distancing, we are asking that only patients enter our offices. If you are accompanying a patient, we ask that you wait outside of our office (preferably in a car) to ensure we can practice social distancing.
