COVID-19 Update

As Coronavirus (COVID-19) safety concerns and initiatives continue to unfold, Urology Clinics of North Texas is focused on the safety of our patients, staff, providers and communities.

For the safety of our patients, we are reviewing all upcoming appointments to determine which can be rescheduled.  In doing so, our call center managers and their respective staff will be contacting patients to reschedule routine appointments, such as: follow-up visits, testing and labs, testosterone injections.  Patients will be contacted directly to reschedule appointments.

Note: Urology Clinics of North Texas receives upwards of 3,000 calls per day and asks that patients do not call our office to ask about upcoming appointments, instead allow our office to contact you directly to discuss your upcoming appointment in the event it needs to be rescheduled.

Urology Clinics of North Texas providers will be seeing scheduled non-routine appointments for the weeks to come, along with any emergency cases such as kidney stones, urinary retention and blood in the urine.

Need Your Help: Prior to visiting our office, if you meet any of the below scenarios, we ask that you call our office and reschedule your appointment:

  • Traveled on a cruise ship or been to any affected geographic areas (China, Iran, South Korea or Europe) within the last 14 days
    • Feel ill and/or have a fever, lower respiratory illness (cough or shortness of breath)
    • Have been in contact with someone under investigation for, or with a confirmed case of COVID-19

To assist with social distancing, we are asking that only patients enter our offices.  If you are accompanying a patient, we ask that you wait outside of our office (preferably in a car) to ensure we can practice social distancing.

  • If you are the patient’s caregiver, we ask that you complete the same COVID-19 questionnaire prior to entering our office.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office at 214-580-2266 and ask to speak to an Administrator.

Our goal is to work together to prevent the spread of this virus and to stay safe and we thank you in advance for understanding our requests.
